The objectives of this initiative include:
To increase the influence of traditional tribal values on the selection and training of future tribal leaders;
To provide training and opportunities to practice the skills of leadership, especially through community service projects;
To establish a network of youth and mentors from the Three Fires people who will maintain long term relationships
