- 103 homes were tested.
- Forty-eight homes had a radon level higher than the EPA's recommended 4.0 pCi/L.
- Mitigation was done on 20 homes with a level of 10.0 pCi/L or higher.
- Fans and air pumps were installed while cracks in floors, ceilings, and walls were sealed.
- Most houses then tested in the safe range.
- Twenty-eight houses still need mitigation, but funds for the project are exhausted.
