Objectives:
* Enhance and expand health promotion and chronic disease prevention programs that serve tribal communities in order to reduce health disparities among American Indian/Alaskan Native populations.  Increase the number of Best Practices interventions which target tobacco, obesity, physical activity, and improved nutrition.
