The Monthly Refill is a support group offering connection\, encouragement\, and practical tools for caregivers.  Join us each month to recharge\, share experiences\, and refill your emotional cup\, and a coffee cup\, alongside others who understand the caregiving journey. Meeting dates will typically fall on the last Tuesday of the month from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.\, with a few exceptions made for holidays. Eligibility includes NHBP Tribal Members or anyone caring for an NHBP Tribal Member youth\, adult\, or elder.  Caregivers who attend will enjoy a $5 gift card to treat themselves to their favorite coffee drink.
