Job Summary:
Serve as the assigned caregiver for children aged 0 – 3 years old with child development services. Responsible for ensuring Early Head Start policies, procedures, goals and objectives are followed and met. Maintain attendance and other detailed records for assigned children/families. Maintain a neat and orderly classroom.
Job Specifications:
Child Development Associate credential required; Associates in Early Childhood field preferred. Must successfully pass a criminal history background check. Operational knowledge of appropriate and acceptable discipline for children required. Must enjoy working with children.
Must be of high moral character. Preference given to qualified Native Americans.
Salary: Dependent on education & experience. CDA $16.91 – $17.94
Associates $17.66 – $18.75
