So many of us want better sleep. Whether “better” for you means quality of rest or quantity of hours or both, this workshop series is here to help! Join us Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7PM to learn and practice strategies for falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer.
Ages 12+. Eligibility includes NHBP Tribal Members and Significant Others, NHBP Descendants, Caregivers of NHBP Youth, NHBP Employees, and Members of Other Federally Recognized Tribes.
Dinner will be provided.
