Joe Nolan speaker at March Forum

Joe Nolan has worked for Community Action (CLMCAA) for about seven years, working as both CFO and Executive Director. He states, “I am especially proud of the agency’s work expanding affordable housing opportunities, strengthening rural transportation access, and investing in early childhood education to ensure children and families have a strong foundation for long-term success. Guided by Community Action’s mission of “people helping people,” I am committed to collaborative partnerships that address poverty, support seniors, and create pathways to opportunity throughout the region.” That shows you where his heart is!

Chippewa, Luce, Mackinac Community Action Agency “has a broad range of programs focused on helping individuals and families achieve stability and self-sufficiency across Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula. CLMCAA provides services including Head Start and Early Head Start, Weatherization, senior services, public transportation, housing assistance, and other community-based support programs.”
