The Monthly Refill is a support group offering connection, encouragement, and practical tools for caregivers.  Join us each month to recharge, share experiences, and refill your emotional cup, and a coffee cup, alongside others who understand the caregiving journey.

Meeting dates will typically fall on the last Tuesday of the month from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., with a few exceptions made for holidays.

Eligibility includes NHBP Tribal Members or anyone caring for an NHBP Tribal Member youth, adult, or elder.  Caregivers who attend will enjoy a $5 gift card to treat themselves to their favorite coffee drink.
