Job Summary:

Lead the department in assessing population health and identify disparities for multi-site grant funded community-based Health Education & Chronic Disease programs. Develop comprehensive programs, prepare and submit grant proposals, and manage budgets. Serve as Principal Investigator on multiple grants, as well as a Program Manager on a grant. Supervise and provide strategic direction to the department staff. Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.

Job Specifications:

Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Education, or related field required. Five years professional experience in related field required. Experience working with Tribal organizations preferred. Successful grant writing experience required. Must be able to work with and respect cultural differences. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Strong computer skills necessary. Preference given to qualified Native Americans.

Salary: $80,516 – $88,587 dependent upon education, skills, and experience
