What is implicit bias? Implicit biases are attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. People are not even aware of when these biases occur. They are prevalent and permeate throughout the workplace at all levels. The coalition brings together internal and external stakeholders committed to shared learning and collective action.
