The route will take walkers to the restoration trail behind the pow-wow grounds. Upon arrival, transportation will be provided to the pow-wow grounds for the lunchon. Join the conversation to learn about this process and share your thoughts during this Tribal Engagement Meeting. Background Information In the last thirty or so years, public visitation at Grand Island has increased from 2,000 people per year to around 20,000 people per year. This uptick in public visitation has highlighted the complexity of management considerations on the island.
